We offer a 7-day return policy for all Keychron products in their original packaging and condition to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective upon arrival.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the keyboard and all included accessories, such as cables and keycap pullers, in the original retail box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
